How can I make an appointment?
Please feel free to call us at 678-920-5161 to schedule an appointment. If you are a new patient, you may also email newpatient@discoverywellnessgroup.com.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance due to lack of reimbursement for the amount of time we spend with our patients for all appointment types. We do, however, accept Health Savings accounts, Flexible Spending accounts, and CareCredit. Please be advised that payment for all services will be due at the time services are rendered. If requested, we will provide you with a superbill containing treatment and diagnostic codes of which you may submit to your insurance company as an out-of-network claim. We are also happy to aid in filling out healthshare forms!
What are your fees and how long are your appointments?
For Functional Medicine appointments:
The initial intake is one hour. Any subsequent visits are 15, 30, or 60 minutes depending on the amount of laboratory work that is required and necessary time needed to review. This is at the discretion of the provider.
15 minutes: $185
30 minutes: $230
60 minutes: $425
For Well Child visits:
New and Established Well Child Visits are 30 minutes: $210
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
If you do not call or email the facility within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a $25.00 fee for a scheduled 15-minute appointment, a $50.00 fee for a scheduled 30-minute appointment, or a $100.00 fee for a scheduled 60-minute appointment.
We have a strict no-show policy.
If proper 24-hour cancellation notice is not received OR you fail to show for you appointment via phone or in-person, you will be charged for the full appointment time.
